Join our very first FOSS for All meetup!
Join our very first FOSS for All meetup in late January! At FOSS for All’s first meetup, we’ll cover a domestic case study on fiscal sponsorship and share a recap from the Inclusive Technology Experts Roundtable. If you’re interested in open source projects and communities, and also in how fiscal sponsorship can provide administrative and financial support to these communities, you’re welcome to attend after pre-registration. We hope to see many of you at the very first FOSS for All meetup!

FOSS for All Conference 2025 Call for Volunteers
The FOSS for All Conference, which will be held for the first time this year, is now only about 20 days away. We are calling for volunteers for the event day who will actively contribute to making this conference a success. Our event is a community-driven open-source conference that is completed through everyone’s participation. The participation of the organizing committee members who are voluntarily involved in preparing the event without any financial compensation, and the event day volunteers, is crucial for the success of the event.

Announcing the Offocial launch of FOSS for All
The most realistic barrier that open source projects and communities started with passion face is the difficulty of cost and accounting management. Establishing a separate organization to solve this problem presents another significant burden. We have taken notice of how Taiwan’s OCF (Open Culture Foundation) creates a healthy ecosystem by handling community accounting through ‘Fiscal Sponsorship’. We deeply empathize that this model is absolutely necessary in Korea as well. Therefore, FOSS for All begins.
