Do you agree with the mission of FOSS for All and want to join as a member, actively participate in our activities, and help achieve the goals of the organization? If so, we encourage you to apply for membership. Once you submit your application, you can join the organization as a member after going through the Board of Directors’s approval process.

Articles of Incorporation, Article 5 (Membership Eligibility) Members of this organization are those who agree with the purpose of its establishment, submit the prescribed membership application form, and receive approval from the Board of Directors.

Become a Supporting Member

If it is difficult for you to participate actively in the organization’s activities, but you can occasionally volunteer and would primarily like to contribute through membership dues, we recommend becoming a supporting member. Simply register your dues payment through the organization’s payment system. Once you do, your membership will be treated as automatically approved by the Board of Directors. If you stop paying dues, your supporting membership will automatically expire in the month following the month in which payment stops.

Full Membership Application and Approval Process

If you are able to participate actively in the organization’s activities, we recommend applying for full membership through the process below. If you are already a supporting member, you can also use the same process to convert to full membership.

1. Click the button below to fill out and submit the new full membership application form.
2. The Board of Directors reviews submitted applications during its regular quarterly meeting, which is convened at the beginning of the last month of each quarter.
3. If the committee determines that there are no issues with proceeding based on its review of your application, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
4. You will have an interview with the Board of Directors. The interview will be conducted in the form of questions based on the contents of your application.
5. The Board of Directors reviews the interview results, makes a final decision, and informs you whether your application for full membership has been approved.
6. If you join as a full member, you will begin participating as a full member after registering your dues payment, unless you have already done so.
